El argumento se puede sintetizar en pocas líneas... una cadena televisiva ficticia, UBS, tiene serios problemas financieros, y la gerencia amenaza con despedir al director del noticiero, el personaje de Howard Beale. Este en un momento se vuelve loco, amenaza con suicidarse en cámara, y al otro día vuelve y hace un monólogo incendiario, hablando de la INSEGURIDAD, la INFLACIÓN, el PROBLEMA CON EL PETROLEO, los jóvenes descontrolados en las calles ,el Congreso... (¿suenan temas conocidos en la TV argentina de 2008? ¡es una película de 1976!). Ver más...
